VibeCode Money Map · $39 per idea
Before you vibe code it, find out if you can sell it.
VibeCode Money Map researches the demand, buyer, competition and realistic route to your first customers before you spend weeks building the wrong app.
You give us the idea. We do the research and give you a build-or-skip verdict, the best buyer, the strongest niche, and a realistic path to your first customers.
Why this exists
Building is the easy part now. With Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex or anything similar, a working app is a weekend rather than a quarter. Choosing something worth building and finding people who will pay for it is the part that did not get easier.
Money Map is for people who can already create software with AI tools and would rather not spend three weeks building before finding out whether the problem is real, who would pay for a fix, and how those people can actually be reached.
If we cannot identify a believable path to customers, we will not recommend building the idea. A Money Map is allowed to tell you no.
What if the answer is “don’t build it”?
A no is still worth $39 — but it is not where your report stops. Every Money Map that lands on SKIP or RESHAPE also explains what killed this version, what is genuinely worth keeping, and the closest direction the evidence actually supports.
Included · Pivot Pass
If your Money Map says SKIP, you get one free Pivot Check
Revise the idea using what the research found and we will check the new direction without charging you for a second Money Map. It is focused on what changed, scored with exactly the same rules, and available for 30 days.
- · One revised version of the same opportunity, not a brand new business idea
- · Original vs revised score and verdict, side by side
- · An honest result — a Pivot Check can also come back SKIP
What every Money Map includes
Ten answers about one idea, written to be acted on rather than admired.
Prove it
01 Opportunity verdict
BUILD, BUILD BUT NARROW IT, VALIDATE FIRST, RESHAPE, or SKIP — with the reasoning behind it.
02 Evidence of the problem
What actually suggests people have this problem, and what is still unproven.
03 Competitor reality check
Who already serves this, what they are good at, and where they leave a gap.
Position it
04 Ideal paying buyer
A specific buyer with a pain, a trigger, and a current workaround — not a demographic.
05 Best version to start with
The narrower version of your idea that is easier to sell, build, and validate.
Reach them
06 Distribution difficulty
How hard your buyers will be to reach, rated EASY-ISH, WORKABLE, HARD, or BRUTAL.
07 Where your first customers could come from
Three ranked channels, each with the first concrete action to take.
Build it
08 Validation experiment
The cheapest test that tells you whether anyone will pay, before you build.
09 Money MVP
The smallest version worth building, split into build now and later.
10 What not to build yet
The features that feel essential and will quietly cost you weeks.
How an idea gets scored
Seven dimensions, fixed weights, same rules for every idea. Notice where the weight sits: whether you can reach customers and whether the problem is real matter far more than how technically interesting the build is.
- Problem Evidence20 pts
- Customer Reachability20 pts
- Purchase Intent15 pts
- Competitive Opening15 pts
- Organic Acquisition Potential15 pts
- Monetization Clarity10 pts
- Vibe-Code Feasibility5 pts
Scores are calculated from explicit rules, not generated by a language model. The verdict is also capped: no identifiable buyer, no credible way to reach them, or too little evidence the problem exists means the report cannot recommend a full build.

The sample below is a complete Money Map for an illustrative idea — an AI-assisted move-in/move-out inspection report generator for independent landlords. It is labelled sample data throughout, because it demonstrates the format rather than live research.
Move-out photos in, a professional inspection report out — before the deposit conversation starts.
